Students must contact an IT staff member for the serial number before proceeding!<\/span>\u00a0You can come to Brooks 203, send an email to design_help@ncsu.edu<\/a> or use this form to contact the College Information Technology staff<\/a> with specific information about your problem.<\/strong><\/p>\n 1] After launching SketchUp, go to Window>Preferences. 2] Select Extensions<\/strong> on the left pane and then click Install Extension\u2026\u00a0<\/strong>at the bottom of the window.<\/p>\n 3] Navigate to C:\\Program Files\\SketchUp<\/strong>, select the Renderin.rbz<\/strong> file and click Open. 4] You will get this message. Click Yes.<\/strong><\/p>\n 5] You will then get this message. Click OK<\/strong> and OK<\/strong> again.<\/p>\n 6] Returning to SketchUp, go to Extensions>License\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n 7] Type in the serial number <\/strong>you received from the IT staff, then click Activate<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Render[in] should now work.<\/p>\n If you have trouble, please contact the College of Design IT staff in Brooks 202-204 for help.
