After nearly 13 years in the United States, I’ll be traveling back to Monrovia, Liberia to spend time with loved ones and friends over the Spring Break. You can imagine the excitement both I and those I’ll be visiting are feeling right now. In addition to eating great Liberian dishes such as Palm Butter, Cassava Leaves and Tukpogee, what I’m looking forward to most upon my return to Liberia is reuniting with my childhood love. There will be pictures taken, laughter shared, and unforgettable memories made that I look forward to sharing with you all upon my return to the United States.
