He titles it \u201cvisual trumpery\u201d because the definition of trumpery is something that deceives the eye (just like data does most of the time).<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">He also started to talk about uncertainty in data (it reminded me of the uncertainty project we did our first semester) and the need for it to be available for people to see instead of hiding it.
