I’ve been using Reddit, and other online community forums, for my thesis user research on adults newly-diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and their food shopping experiences.
Are there instructional delivery methods (from the past and/or present) that we do not use in educational environments that could enhance our learning processes?

This is something I keep having to remind myself, although I did not realize until recently that this was an issue for me. I am sure others have to do the same.
I think to say that individual creativity being sacrificed because of our choices to focus on the big picture of social stability is overly dramatic.
