Five MGD second years just got back from Lisbon, Portugal. We attended/presented at a conference called Experiencing Food; Designing Dialogue. At this conference we talked about our work from the Fall 2016 semester, and the methods used. I assure you, it was a fantastic and unique experience for all of us (more on that later).
But, on top of that, we all had the privilege to experience Portugal for the first time. Staying in Lisbon was a dream. Easily one of my new favorite places to be. Despite the drizzly weather, the light was just right (I’m a sucker for some bright, white light). The colors were perfection. But my favorite part was all the tile. We started to document. Couldn’t resist. Here’s a collection of pretty patterns found in Lisbon.
