Questions are good. This is something I keep having to remind myself, although I did not realize until recently that this was an issue for me. I am sure others have to do the same. I have to remember that a question is not an insult. When a peer or supervisor inquires about a topic of interest or direction for a project, they are trying to get us to dive deeper. We need questions to draw more detailed conclusions or ideas. Questions are good.
